I had one session with Siobhan for fear of flying and anxiety. Siobhan was really attentive and listened to everything I told her. She then tailored my session to cover all of my worries and concerns. I felt really calm after the session and when I boarded the flight, I have never felt so relaxed! In fact, I actually enjoyed it! I remembered her words and had her transformational recording with me and for the first time I sat back and enjoyed my flight… all the way to the other side of the world… by myself!! I have also felt so much calmer within myself since my session. I would totally recommend her.

I contacted Siobhan for my son Charlie after being referred by a friend and I am so glad I did. Throughout the summer Charlie has been dreading going back to school into Year 5 as he gets in trouble all the time for not doing his work. His teachers do not seem to understand that he plays up so they don't know he can't do it. Siobhan understood this straight away. She helped him with his Maths, particularly fractions, which is a big area of struggle for him

but because she broke it down into simple steps and made it fun, he completely understood the concept. He is one happy boy who is now starting to believe he can do it. I will definitely keep the sessions going. She even said she would be happy to meet with his teacher online, if they would like to, so they can support him together. I am over the moon! I worked with Inner Wellth for my weight issues. Siobhan was very professional and made me feel very relaxed. During the RTT session, lots of memories came up linked to my past which related to my eating habits and unconscious beliefs, hindering my own behaviours with food. Bringing those issues into my awareness was golden. My post session recording was short enough to be impactful. Siobhan highlighted the importance of listening to it every day which I was able to do and as a result, my food choices differed greatly from my previous behaviour around food.
